Fair Play Policy
To ensure a fun, safe, and fair environment for everyone, the following rules apply.
What is Infidelity?
- Interfering, inhibiting, or preventing other players from accessing or using services
- Using cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, mods, or third‑party software; modifying or interfering with services
- Using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to participate in any competition
- Colluding, syndicate play, or intentionally poor play to gain advantage
- Altering or falsifying personal information or location
- Using services contrary to our Terms of Service
Disruptive Behaviour
We do not permit profane, vulgar, or abusive language in chat/usernames or elsewhere. Examples include:
- General misconduct in chat
- Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language
- Threats or harassment
- Excessive swearing
- Bullying
Consequences of Misconduct
All cases are evaluated individually. We may immediately and permanently ban any user. Depending on severity, temporary bans (e.g., 1 or 7 days) may be imposed.
- During suspension, you cannot play or withdraw cash
- Winnings from games involving cheating are forfeited
- Permanent bans may lead to wallet balance forfeiture
Account Trading & Sharing
Selling, buying, or sharing accounts is not condoned and risks fraud. Creating multiple accounts is also not condoned. Sanctions may apply to transferred or duplicate accounts.
Disconnections
Closing the app or disconnecting before finishing a game is not refundable. Outcomes are based on the last recorded score. Ensure a stable internet connection and test with free/token tournaments first.
Game Fraud Detection & Financial Irregularity
- We use automated and manual systems to identify fraudulent behaviour
- Transactions flagged as suspicious or fraudulent may result in blocks and full forfeiture of balances
